I am always happy to discuss  your project and how I might be able to help, on a no-obligation basis, on the telephone or via e-mail. Should you then decide to go ahead with a design, it is usually possible to give an estimate of the cost of a design during the consultation visit. However, this is intended only as a guide, and following the consultation visit, I will draw up an accurate fee proposal for the design of your garden. This will be a fixed fee and will include only those parts of the design process that you wish me to undertake for you. The sum also includes basic postage and printing costs, and mileage within a 20-mile radius of my home.  If you wish me to undertake additional work as the project progresses, I am usually able to do so, and a separate quotation will be given in this event.
