You may wish to use my design to proceed with the construction and planting of your garden independently. Alternatively, I can provide  a comprehensive project monitoring service. This includes: Drawing up a detailed specification document. Obtaining comparable competitive tenders from reputable landscape firms. Subsequent monitoring of your chosen landscapers' work,  through to completion. I will visit your garden as often as  necessary throughout the duration of the build and liaise between you and the landscaper to ensure that your needs are met in full. My fee for project monitoring will be charged as a percentage of the total build cost, and varies depending upon the complexity of the work involved.
